COVID 19 update

We continue to monitor all directives from Federal and State Governments, and their agencies with regards to COVID-19.

There is no directive at this stage from any Government agency, or from our professional body, the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), that we should cease practising.

Our infection control standards are of the highest order. We are adhering to all appropriate measures including hand washing and sanitising, bed linen changes, the use of disposable pillow covers and the disinfecting of all surfaces.

Where possible, we are observing social distancing but in the practice of musculoskeletal physiotherapy this can be challenging. In these instances, every effort will be made to minimise risk, such as the adherence to our robust infection control standards, and minimising close physical contact.

We will continue to offer Telehealth solutions for anyone still needing attention but who cannot come in to be treated face to face.

We continue to regularly check Government and APA recommendations, and we will adjust our practise accordingly.

Now as always, our primary focus is the health and wellbeing of our patients and staff. For as long as it is appropriate, this means balancing the need to attend to our patients’ requirements whist being as clean and safe as we can.

Our Specialists

Our Specialists have successfully undertaken the rigorous process of clinical specialisation in physiotherapy and are fully certified Fellows of the Australian College of Physiotherapists.

Dr Michael Ryan and Prof Trudy Rebbeck are Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists, Dr Hannah Graetz is a Specialist Women’s, Men’s & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and they are recognised leaders in the profession.

Our Services

We provide expert and specialist clinical services. We review, assess and provide management plans for patients with complex musculoskeletal problems. Our referrers include physiotherapists, general practitioners and medical specialists.

We also provide expert opinions and counsel to CTP and Workers Compensation insurers, as well as providing rigorous, concise and well-constructed medicolegal opinions.
